The app lists the hotels we work with and checks room availability and prices for the dates you ask about. Booking and payment happen on the hotel's own website, not in ChatGPT.
Only the tool inputs ChatGPT sends: the hotel, check-in and check-out dates, number of guests and language. The app does not ask for or receive your name, e-mail address, phone number, payment details, location or chat history.
These inputs are used only to query the hotel's reservation system and return the available rooms and a link to the hotel's website with your dates filled in.
The app does not store the inputs, does not set cookies and does not build profiles. Requests pass through our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which processes network data under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share the inputs with anyone else.
When you open the hotel's website to book, the information you enter there is handled under that website's privacy notice.
You can stop using the app at any time from ChatGPT's settings. Because the app keeps no data about you, there is nothing to delete. For questions, write to info@faralya.com.tr.
